Terms & Conditions, frequently asked questions, useful information regarding purchasing a used bike from the Three54 Ride Store.
Used bikes are sold as per description on the website, closer inspection photos and walk around videos are always available upon request. A shop visit is also available by prior appointment. All used bicycles are given a full service by our professional mechanic, who is City & Guilds qualified. The service includes tyre pressure check, chain inspection, brake set up, gear indexing if applicable, cable oiling, wheel truing and spoke tension check and a general component check including correct torque spec on all bolts and correct fitment of quick release components like wheels and seat post.
Secondhand items may have imperfections and faults that are attributed to normal wear and tear.
All serviced used bikes are sold ready to ride but bikes purchased via our website for delivery will be boxed and some assembly may be required. Help with assembly is available upon request and can be photos and videos provided, phone calls and video calls.
We use APC Overnight for our main courier service provider but we may use other company's especially during busy periods or for smaller packages.
Returns are accepted if we are informed within 14 days of you receiving the goods but bikes MUST be returned and packaged in the same box and way it was delivered to you, this is a stipulation of our courier provider due to the automation of their sorting office.

10/10 Used in excellent condition, will have very light signs of use.
9/10 Used in excellent condition but might have light marking to pedal outside edges and handlebar grips, seat or light markings to paint including touching up.
8/10 Used in very good condition but might have more obvious signs of use, paint scratches, paint touch ups, marking to pedals and handlebar grips, tyres may be serviceable but close to wear limits. Light surface rust may be present on some components like brake cable noodles and ancillary part nuts and bolts, this does not effect the performance of the product.
7/10 Used bike that will have obvious signs of use, might have paint chips, touched up paint, markings to the seat cover, damage to handlebar grips, tyres close to wear limit, some ancillary components such as mudguards may have rust on the bolts as stainless steel or aluminium is not common on these components, this does not effect the performance of the product.
6/10 Used bike that is being sold as spares or repair, might have missing or damaged components, not sold as serviced and ready to ride.
5/10 Nothing below what we class as a 6/10 will be available for re sale.
